SHIPPING POLICY

HANDLING TIME:

Most orders will be processed within five business days. Please add from three to eight business days for typical UPS delivery depending upon the zone to which the package will be delivered.

AVAILABLE SHIPPING METHODS:

Customer may choose from Fed-ex, UPS or USPS. Rates depend on size of package, courier choice, and package destination.

REFUND POLICY

All items purchased from our Room Candi Candle store are expected to be delivered in top condition. If you have any problems upon delivery or with burning process, please contact our office for further consultation and/or instruction.
